We work only with Contractors who have an established track record of delivering the highest standards of workmanship.

Planning and Development Advice

An independent and personal approach, drawing upon many years of experience and specialist expertise in planning and development, including listed buildings and Conservation Areas.

Property Management/Concierge

We offer a comprehensive proactive maintenance service, taking the trouble of arranging essential scheduled servicing and cleaning out of your hands.

We’ll sort out everything from window cleaning and chimney sweeping to Air Conditioning and boiler servicing in a timely manner, using our extensive network of trusted partners.

We’ll attend to admit and supervise contractors if you’re busy or away and carry out twice yearly inspections to identify and rectify small problems, before they turn into big ones.
