Management & Concierge
Many of our Clients will have met, or at least spoken to my Partner Linda. She has been my occasional I.T. Manager, Planning Assistant, P.A. and general Fount of all Knowledge for several years.
A number of my Clients spend a good deal of time working or living overseas, or at their homes in the Country. They will know how much effort is involved in running their London home smoothly when they are not in residence.
Linda can take care of all aspects of the management of your home, ensuring that it is well maintained and secure in your absence.
Services provided include:
- Post collection
- Key holding
- Parcel collection
- Receiving deliveries
- Receiving and supervising household maintenance contractors
- Recruitment and supervision of cleaning staff
- Re-stocking of groceries for your return
- Ensuring that your home is secured at all times
She will also water your plants and feed your cat if you have one!
Fees are by negotiation depending upon the services required, or simply by the hour.
